Prepare financial statements and assist w/ forecasting. Develop financial models & business plans. Maintain receivables & payables and budgeting (business or individuals) and prepare presentations for company meetings.

KAMAC Property Management:

As liaison between the landlord and tenant. We accept rent payments for you, respond to and address maintenance issues, advertise vacancies for landlords, and perform credit and background checks on tenants.
